Remove a person

Take someone off your company’s plan, for example when they leave. Their files stay theirs.
Steps
- Sign in to Terebyte with the account that runs your company’s plan.
- In the sidebar, choose Company.
- Under People, find the person and choose Remove….
- Choose Remove to confirm, or Keep to change your mind.
What happens next
- Their account moves to the Free plan, and their files are safe. They get an email saying their plan from your company has ended.
- Your company can’t see or keep their files: they were only ever readable by that person.
- Each month is billed for everyone who had the plan at any time that month, so a person removed mid-month is still on that month’s invoice.
